Can you tell/show me, where your sensors are placed exactly in X and Z? I only saw the one sensor for the tailstock?
And just to mention:
Heat-sinks should always be placed vertically, so that the warm, uprising air can flow all the way through the whole sink.
In your horizontal mount, only the sides of the sink become cooled, the rest of heat has to spread through the sink first to become cooled at the sides.
