I think this should be a standard feature on the VCP. Make it part of the next release. Bitte!

If You don't mind compiling your PLC, I can make such a button on my Mill and send you the code.

That would be very nice of you. I might even forgive you. ;)

I think everyone on ´this forum should post in this thread about including the 20% button as standard on the VCP. In the video on mill training with Keith he stresses turning down the feed rate when first running a program. He has a nice knob to turn which is fast. The slider we use on the VCP is slow as hell. Maybe if we bother Keith enough he will see fit to update the VCP. Remember the squeaky wheel gets the grease!

Don´t panic, your SlowJoe thing is almost done.

But put the hedgehog out of your pocket and get a WMPG

Till then, I bother Keith to get something to manipulate Rapid Speed only ;)

Or, you could upgrade to Oak and get the nice knob ;-)
Cheers,

Tom
Confidence is the feeling you have before you fully understand the situation.
I have CDO. It's like OCD, but the letters are where they should be.

I don't think you are really German. Your sense of humor is twisted like mine. Maybe you were adopted from a Texas cowboy family.

Not all of us are as rich as you and can afford to buy what ever we want when we want. :)

Since you think we all should post, here is mine:
1) Your solution to add the button to your machine is posted above by suntravel
2) The Wireless MPG has an MPG wheel that makes feedrate changes quickly
3) The feedrate adjustment on the pendant is only one of many features on the pendant that you wont want to be without once you use one

Buy one, they are awesome!!

Read my last post! I only want you to post if you agree with me. If not then keep silent. I am working on Keith right now. I think he is close to caving in. :D

What can I do to help? I am usually pretty good at convincing a businessman to spend programming dollars to implement a free service that may reduce sales of one of the more popular accessories.
