No, you do not. But you need to determine if they are NO or NC switches and change the settings in the wizard accordingly. Normally closed switches are preferred (but not required) for home/limit switches.

Again, take the time and identify all extra wires before you just start hooking them to your Acorn.

Do you have mechanical or proximity sensors for your limit switches?

Ok I also have a Novakon NM-200 converted to acorn and I did not use the resistors on my proximity sensors.
