Post a current report, but when a paired axis becomes unpaired, it's usually because there's no license applied.

and it goes back to being ok once I click the "Axis Paired" button on my screen even though the light never changed from green on it.

Do you have the macro on a button on the VCP, and if it is, does it unpair the axes right away when you click it? If so, there may be something wrong with the button xml file or the skin layout or an assignment in the Wizard for that button.

I made a backup of the laser on off button, pointed it to your macro instead of what it was originally programmed to do.

What's really weird is after starting up this morning to test if it unpaired right away or after it didn't do that at all. Every time I tried it it worked fine. So strange.
