That is my machine .
The thing is after the post I find a post by Sword explaining a bit what is the smoothing setup , Then the light went on , that is the answer to my problem . All the trembling , shaking and bad word that go with it are finish. hip hip hourra !!!
It look like the answer to most of my problem .
As the text is in English and English is not my first language and also a bit technical also can someone help me with the what and what to do and also understand the process and thinking about that .
It would be a beautiful Christmas gift to me .
thanks and a good one to you :)

Your drive parameters for the steps per revolution are wrong. You’ll need to look in the manual for this servo drive and set this number much higher and set the number in the wizard to be the same.

hello. thanks for posting the report.zip.
it shows the steps per rev is below the minimum recommended values, this issue will certainly contribute to motion rattyness.
below min.PNG

what make model of motor drives are being utilized? set them to at least 1600 steps per rev and use that same setting in the wizard. and read this post. https://centroidcncforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=63&t=1801

post a link to photo album with photos of the machine so we can advise you better.

unrelated to smooth circles.. report shows monitor resolution at: Display Size: Width 1600 Height 900

change that to 1920x1080 as Acorn CNC12 is designed for 1920x1080

The "Smoothing" parameters I went over in that thread won't help for your circles, stick with the default "Precision Router" values. You need to apply the recommendations of others here to your CNC12 settings and then go back to the machine and make sure that it is tight in all directions, verify the amount of backlash, does it easily deflect at the tool when at depth of cut. Material hold down, is it solid? If it's not, it can also move at those same directional/cutting force changes.

Hi
I have a chinese servo drive and motor . I place in to the drive a kind of ratio . I would place tomorrow the link for my manual and verify it .
The information above are for stepper and servo or only stepper .

I think the default steps for your servo drive encoder is 2500. Look at your manual for this setting. The numbers you have in your wizard settings are wrong and need to be corrected. This is why your circles don’t look like circles. :D
