Which seems correct - arc moves between +0.288 and -0.288. So (0.288*2)+9.525 = 10.101
jep usually the error is in front of the CNC
You will also have to consider, that if Vf F200 on the outside of the bore is needed, in this case write Vfc F11.39 for the G2 moves.

Hi I have attached my circular pocket definition and the incredibly descriptive error.
I'm pretty sure the error is between the keyboard and the floor.

Well, for starters, you can't do a 0.5mm finish pass with only 0.576 left on the diameter to take out. Your finish pass can only be 0.288 max and that leaves you no room for ramping on your rough cuts.

OK Tom. Thanks for looking at my pictures. That was it. I feel so ignorant.
btw until the M6 SHC screws didn't fit, I have let Fusion360 do all my gcode. This was my first attempt with Intercon.

thats because the circular pocket should be 11mm for the head and 6.6mm bore for the shaft.
IMHO Intercon is faster for simple parts than fusion 360.
