Post pictures of your Z axis limit switch.

That Z limit error is new. It all started with 325 limit error which does not specify errror type.
The Z and all the axis have a NPN photo electric sensor in the middle of the axis. Mechanical limit flags are on the ends of each axis to trigger the sensor.
I can physically use a new limit sensor for the z axis and see if we can eliminate this as a potential issue.

325 Limit Error Job Cancelled happens during running a job.
Since you used OPTICAL switches instead of proximity switches. Please provide the datasheet for the optical switches.
Not sure that would have been a good choice for your machine. Further optical sensors need supporting circuitry to be able to properly ground the Acorn input to trigger them. They may not be strong enough to do so.

As a test
Try changing your Inputs 1, 2 3 from HomeLimitOk to
FirstAxisHomeOk
SecondAxisHomeOk
ThirdAxisHomeOk
The control will then rely on the soft limits properly setup and will not trip during a job even if the optical switches are flakey.
That said, if they are flakey, the machine may not home properly on one or more axis.
You can watch the diagnostic screen (toggle with Alt i) and monitor Inputs 1, 2, 3 during a job and see if they flicker at all. Note, it may also happen too fast to see on the diagnostic screen.
