Here is the image with the H4 since I noticed I duplicated the above image. It might be time for glasses.

You are supposed to SUPPLY 24VD to the 24 terminal on Acorn. Run a wire from the spare 24VDC terminal on the power connector to the terminal you are testing. It says 24V screened on the board

What you need to show/explain is how you wired the CP motor a sketch would do.

Did you follow the Centroid Schematic for the CP Drive/Motor?
(Unfortunately, I don't typically use them. I tend to prefer the motor and drive separate so I have very limited experience with them)

Smoke is never a good sign. We call it "letting out the magic blue smoke". Is there any chance that you connected H1-Voltage IN or H4-Voltage IN to H2-Common? The Common signal is next to Step-2.

Here's a screen shot of page 47 of the Teknic ClearPath manual that shows where to add the resistors.

Your report also shows you have many Ethernet Communication Errors going back to May last year; you are still running the outdated CNC12 v4.20.1; and your RPMs/inch are set to X=0.25 / Y=0.0996 / Z=0.3143 which do not seem plausible

I think my issues are depper- before the blue magic smoke it was working amazing. I will look at updating the program- the bad thing is that I did export a system file sometime ago , made some changes and thought I would go back to the settings that I know worked and it errored out!

Everyone- thank you for your help- stay tuned

I will look into this a bit more, I know on my Y axis there is a 10:1 reduction drive but z does seem very odd, however it was dialed in near perfectly as far as axis travels.

No chance of connecting those, I have been on the phone with Tecknic and I must say that they are top notch folk. I may be sending mine in for repairs as they did not pass the battery test which leads me to believe that they are my issue :(
