Hopefully Centroid had one.

The report contains the machine parameters.
It will generate a "weekly" report on its own that is stored ON the hard drive. But that doesn't do you much good.
Highly recommended that you generate a report to a USB memory stick, tag it and leave it in the cabinet (schematic envelope) is a good place or another secure place. If you make changes to the control parameters, create a new report afterwards. It will also contain your tool libraries and I believe your CNC files that were on the hard drive at the time the report was made.

F7 Create Report
(Point to the USB memory stick you plugged in)

I never made changes to control parameters.

All my tool libraries are store in ArtCam on another server along with our CNC production files, which are on the cloud too.

Cool.
Hopefully Centroid was able to reconfigure your drive with the last Report file they may have had....

Where is that file save or what is its name? Maybe I can get the drive data recovered?

Ask Centroid if they were able to use a report.

File would be in c:\cncm\reportbackup
