Woow, didn't expected so many replys, thanks. :D

So... problem solved ! xD Just after made this post we found the problem.

The cable that we used (11 x 0.34) to made the conections from H6 to the motors had the DIR wire shorted with COM on the Z axys in the midle of the cable. Just did a rebuild the DB25 to used a spare wire and everything works great now.

Tested all the joging, homing, spindle, water pump.... ready to fireup.

Just have to lear how to CAM from SolidWorks now. :lol: :lol:
