Hi CNCSNW,
I make all voltage test on the VFD terminal and you get right. The voltage between the FWD and DCM as for the DI3 (enable command) goes from 24 VDC to 0 when the PLC request. As the AI1 and ACM go to 2.5 V .
When I run MANUALLY, it's from VCP, but I notice that I have to press green spindle start then M4 button or M3 button to start spindle. It's like the VFD need to have enable first and direction after, in this sequence, to run.
So, about MDI command, does with M3, the enable signal come after the direction signal ? But the M4, the enable signal come first ? This theory confirm that since the M4 command and spindle run, I'm able to switch to M3 and M4 seemlessly .
Now, If the problem is with the VFD, I'm a little bit confuse. How do I have to configure/parameter ?
thanks again, we progress !
