What point of the cutter is used for the compensation in fusion must be the same side you touch off in CNC12.

In fusion you can also set up center as a compensation point, but you can't touch it with a probe, so it will be 1/2 width of the grooving tool off in Z.

Just make sure the setup in CAM is the same as your tool setup on the lathe.

I had the compensation wrong...set to middle and I changed it to the right hand edge - now the math is correct.
