Yup, because it should be configured as a touch plate since it's movable.

You can set P547 to a bigger value than 1.27 for more retract height.

And yes as noted by others, with any spring loaded touch plate or tool touch off you need to configure the retract height correctly so the input changes state during this very small retract distance. If the input doesn't change state then it'll stop motion.
