RCCB Problem solved.

I forgot the EMI Filter in the powerline for the servos. Wired in and the RCCB is staying online.

As usual, if done right surprisingly it works

5th Axis is now ready with ZRI Home also.
With the Finder SSR it works on NPN inputs (for Acorn also) and no problem to wire several F5305F parallel to the SSR.
The wiring is working on every Z /Z Output like servo, scale or rotary encoder.
Next step is connecting the scales and wire ZRI Home for XYZ from the scales.

After this machine the parts for the C Axis with the Harmonic drive.

Scales on XYZ connected to the expansion Board are online and working ok.

Easy Peasy to tune them in CNC12.

ZRI on YZ must be wired, waiting for my 3D Printer to spit out the mounting parts.

Pretty straightforward to wire a new CNC with Centroid stuff, I wasted the most time to get the drives set up ok.

Yeah, though my two day timeline to swap the CNC control was fucked up from non Centroid components I am using....

But I can confirm the stuff from you is exactly doing what it is supposed to do.

Control is finished.

First quick test with a 0.001mm dial indicator is ok especially though nothing is tuned.

I'm interested to hear how tuning the A6 servos goes. A6 seem like a better fit for most NA customers then the T6 servos they sell. A6 looks like its fine running on 240v line, while the T6 need a buck/boost transformer to bring it down to 220v. They also have an ethercat version of the A6.

T6 voltage: For single phase 220V, -15%~+10%, 50/60Hz so 240V will be ok.

The software for A6 is half Chinese, useless for me, but setting up on the driver is ok, manual is full English. A6 series is with far more options and inputs/outputs than T6. Tuning is ok, out of the box they are setup with a very low stiffness, use autotuning if mounted use the measured inertia and go on with manual tuning from this point.

Yes 240v would be ok, problem is, most NA supply runs at up to +5%, which puts it outside the operating range of the T6. I had a significant amount of back and forth with the manufacturer and they claimed it would cause the drives to alarm out, or cause early failure. Its not a big deal though Buck transformers are plentiful, I got a suitable one for $50 lightly used.

Tuning was one of the reasons I went with the T6. the leadshine software seemed fairly user friendly for someone unfamiliar with servo tuning.

ok, a transformer and EMI filter is recommended anyway if you have a RCCB in the CNC power supply.
