If your M400 is a pre-2010 model (CPU7 or CPU10 based), then the probe fuse is likely in a white plastic in-line fuse holder near the PLC. Those fuse holders are notorious for getting brittle with age and breaking apart.

Well it was not the cable is there a way to meassure the probe or and the machine to see where the problem is.

hello all it was my fuse to the probe. Now i have a new thing i need to now i use digtizing but when i have zeroed the part on like wcs 10 , and i want to change my a axis after probing like 10 mm when i change the postion on the A axis it will go back to the postion of when i zeroed the part i have tried to make a new wcs on 11 and use that it still goes back , how do i it ?

how are you making a new wcs?
