Thank guys. I verified all fans good as I also figured it was heat related.
This morning I powered up & just let it sit without running. About 2 hours later it started in with estop, and overtravel alarms again just sitting there.
I opened the console and felt everything, nothing was even "warm"
I just ordered a new ALLIN1DC as I need to make parts rather than poke at this old controller.
