OK, seeing what drives you have it's impossible to have the steps per rev you have set in the wizard. Set the drives and wizard to be 1600 or 3200. The values you have are incorrect. Did you come over from a Mach3 setup?
Read this topic as anything else you do right now is a moot point, you have to setup the system correctly before you can setup a tool measure macro.

No never used mach 3, Im just not exactly sure I know what I'm doing, lol. Can I get higher accuracy with a higher number such as 3200 compared to 1600? Thanks for all the help Shawn and Keith.

Ok I did the recommended steps for the stepper drivers and set them all to 3200 steps, does this look right for my configuration? I dialed it all in and this is what I got for the revs per inch. Not sure if it's correct but my machine travel ispretty much spot on with these settings.
Also, what do you guys do for better cable management. I used an old pc case and it started off ok but the more I added the worse it got. Any recommendations?

Your axis configuration looks wrong. It looks like you are using the PM ballscrew kit. Are you are using the PM ballscrews? Mine have a 5mm pitch. 1in=24.5mm÷5=5.08 your turns per inch should be around 5.08 not 8 or 12.7

Snipping tool will work...
Also and first off, I am a new machinist. I know little but understand how to convey messages almost well some of the time.
If the Control P from your keyboard does nothing...
1. Try the snipping tool
2. Open up the "start" menu in Win 10/11
3. Click on the "snipping tool" and use it for a photo type shot and/or video
Also...if you would like, try to look over "NO may not work" in many ideas revolving around the Acorn. I think you will need NC switches, end stops, and other hardware that are normally closed. Also, if you try to "limitall" or "homeall" in your Wizard set up, what happens? Does it do as you would expect outside of the NO not working.
Oh! One thing people got on me about so far was the idea of photos and videos being posted to photos.google.com instead of this site. It may make it easier and lesser on the heavy side for this forum holder to handle...data.
Seth
P.S. If "Control P" does not print to pdf or if Control P does print to pdf, maybe they will be found in a search or wherever print to pdf files are saved by default.
The reasons I type all this out is to help a bit. Like I say, "I am new to machining," but I have used machines without knowing how much work actually goes into making, building, and using them. That is sort of where I am at now. Just learning and trying to understand different machines in general is a fun task (mostly). Enjoy!

Also, about that wiring idea. I am dealing with issues on wiring too. Base Wiring Duct is what it is called. It is like a conduit for small boxes so the wires are not always touching each other or around specific, other wires.
Seth
P.S. The deeper the box, the better is what I have found to be a good idea.

Yes I have the PM ballscrew kit it says the lead is 5mm like yours but when I set it to 5 my travel distance isn't right. I have the drivers set at 3200 as well as the software, but the travel on x and y was .065 roughly for a .100 increment move so I just adjusted it so it was good and those are the numbers I got after doing the math. What could be wrong, could the voltage on the driver affect the steps as well? I have those set to max on the driver's.
