It's looking like the velocity anti dive is what's stopping the THC.

Is there a mix of imperial CNC12 version but with Metric profiles loaded?

I think the mix of imperial and metric is cause the THC anti dive to see a slower Feedrate than expected and not enable the THC

I changed everything, I had to uninstall intercon and reinstall for it to show imperial. However, the thc still acts the same. No matter what I changed to imperial it would not change on centroid. I dont understand that but it is what happened. Weird

I even tried 3 extreme, well what I felt was. I from 7 to 1 and then 50 and finally 99. Zero change in THC

OK, I bought a new computer thinking maybe it was the "Guzilla" brand(Knock off NUC) so I bought a lenovo and did a fresh install, ran Centroid PC tuner and connected. Set it up and performed first Hook cut. Did the exact same thing, THC isnt reacting. Any ideas what it could be?

Do you have internet at the Table?

Would you be able to have a TeamViewer session so I can have a look.

You can contact me via email and I can Give you a call to set up a TeamViewer session.

The Conclusion for THC not enabling was due to The Feedrate Override on the VCP being set Lower than 90%.

THC Anti-dive Velocity Hysteresis is set to 90% by default. If the Job is running at any feedrate less than 90% then THC will be disabled.

Its impossible to tell from the report if the Feed rate override is being set during the job. The hint was in the THC plot when the X/Y velocity was showing right around .4-.5 which is close to 50% of the Profiles Feedrate.

Apologize for delayed response. Had back surgery and was down longer then expected. I am back at work and the table is working. It was all settings and after speaking with Joey, I had a better understanding of centroid and where I needed to improve. Joey explained how important the "Plot" is and he explained to me so I could understand what the different colors stand for and what to look for. I am still tuning it as I move along different thicknesses.
