THC Not enabling?
I am having trouble with restart mode. When there is an interruption, I pick a pierce point and resume point. The torch touches the material but does not raise to pierce and fires with torch tip still touching material. Any help is appreciated.

Re: Restart Mode
Ok. So figured out why restart mode is not operating correctly. If I pierce/lead in the Y positive direction, all good. If I pierce/lead in the Y negative direction, no buena.
Any ideas why the THC is working in one direction and not the other?

Re: Restart Mode
So i upgraded to 5.30 and now the target voltage does not affect the cut height. Fresh report attached

Re: Restart Mode
To Recap.
Symptoms
THC was Not responding even when enabled and the Job was up to speed.
Plots showed Velocity and Voltage hysteresis values were normal and should not have stopped the THC from reacting during the Cut.
The THC seemed to Only react when the Voltage was High and THC needed to lower the Torch height.
THC would not raise the Torch if the Voltage was Low compared to the target voltage.
Solution: The THC travel limit was set to 0 in the positive direction and -10 in the Negative travel direction.
This caused the THC to not Raise the Torch when enabled since the limit was 0 inches in the positive direction.
Changing the THC Travel limits resolved the Issue.
Note: THC Travel limits are referenced from the torch's current Z Coordinate when THC enables.
