I used G37 ON (velocity based PWM on).
Did not enable G93 (inverse time mode).

Your other question about adjusting velocity modulation is very interesting. I know nothing about how that works, but it's an interesting question as to how it might be 'off' (if that is even a thing here). It made me wonder whether certain smoothing settings might affect motion in a way not anticipated by the PP. It certainly is an issue with the delay caused by RAS with Clearpath servos. When I did the rotary laser engraving I had all smoothing switched off.
