4th axis simutanious post processor

Post by occustoms »

Does anyone have a good working 4th axis simutanious post processor for centroid? Im having an issue with the one i tried to use. It doesnt compinsate for when part turns past 90 degrees and y axis centrrline is now different on the part than was before 90 degree turn. Also using fusion 360

I could be wrong, but In the new(er) fusion , the orientation of the axis is all done by the machine definition and not hard coded in the post processor. Uwe/I posted an updated community one here somewhere which has been converted to the "new" standard.

In the past the kinematics were hard coded in the post processor.

Last version is here:

For more than 3 axis you must use a machine configuration.

Fusion without machining extension will only do 3+2 but a cylindrical toolpath around a rotary will work.
