Virtual control panel not showing up <resolved, use USA Windows Format>

Virtual control panel not showing up <resolved, use USA Windows Format>
New install virtual control panel does not show up on screen it shows in taskbar that it is running A black vertical line shows up in the middle of the screen Will this work with a 17 inch monitor

Make sure you're using a 16:9 monitor, not 4:3. It runs but will not show up on a 4:3 unless your system has an option for that A/R & it will have "letterboxing." Don't ask me how I know this.

Re-say display settings the Control panel is showing up now but it’s in the middle of the screen any suggestions

I can move it now open cnc 12 it comes up in the middle there is a blank on the right-hand side for it I can go to the taskbar open a file go to the top drag it over to the split screen the control panel will pop up click on it and I can put it over where it belongs I think it’s a Windows problem I have a bigger screen coming I will be at will fix the problem thank everyone for the help Don’t know how to send a pic

I saw this when windows was set to "tablet mode"
make sure to not have that activated.

Are you using a WIDESCREEN monitor? (16:9 aspect ratio)? Or an old square monitor?
