Re: Probe Error on 5.22
Also have a question. How come i can do a probing cycle in cnc12 the way it is now, even tho the calibration stylis dont work. But Swissi chips wont even open?

Re: Probe Error on 5.22
You can do a probing cycle because those are built in macros that for the most part, presume that the probe is configured correctly.
The stylus calibration macro does more in depth configuration checks and there were some oversights in translating those checks over from versions of the software that support the Wizard.
I do not know what is preventing CHIPS from opening at this time.

Make sure you are using the latest version of CHIPs, IIRC it is 2.2 and follow the set up instructions in the CHIPS manual for your license level.occustoms wrote: ↑Mon Dec 23, 2024 8:31 pmi get line error on line 64 when chips tries to open up.centroid467 wrote: ↑Mon Dec 23, 2024 5:35 pm You can do a probing cycle because those are built in macros that for the most part, presume that the probe is configured correctly.
