What is the troubleshooting order for no voltage on THC bench test?
First time posting a report and album. Hopefully this works

Thanks,

Hello Mike

Looks like the report and photo album link works.

Have you tried a battery?

Is the THC set to Installed in the profile manager?

Hi Joey,

Just figured it out. TorchON output must be set in Wizard to do this test.

I am having the same issue. I am new to Acorn - where is the TorchOn button that was referred to? I tried clicking the Torch On button in the UI but it didnt do anything for me. I have verified the power supply is outputting 5v. Is there a referred current to use ?

In the Wizard, you need to have an output configured as TorchON.

Can you post a picture of where that is? I did not see any setting that looked like that

In the output settings page of the Wizard, you will find TorchOn in the list on the left.

Drag it over to the assignment chart to the right of that list.
