Suntravler,
I have my USB BOB up and running all functions and Led's work except the MPG'S. I have them each assigned to an axsis 1-3. I have checked the wiring several times and I have 5 volts at the MPG terminals.
any thoughts on what I may have missed?

Do you also have a WMPG?

Re: USB-BOB Housing
You can have the WMPG enabled, but set to spin or feed and then switch on MPG on the VFD.

Re: USB-BOB Housing
You can use the WMPG with the BOB, however you cannot jog with the MPGs on both simultaneously.
The WMPG MPG wheel is selected when WMPG is powered on by default in CNC12 5.2x.
When you have the WMPG turned on, the WMPG icon button should be visible on the VCP.
Turn off power on the WMPG, on the VCP the MPG button ( not the WMPG icon ) will be visible, enable MPG ( red LED On VCP ) and you should now be able to jog from the BOB.
I just power off my WMPG. I wasn't aware of Uwe's suggestion of setting the WMPG switch to Spin or Feed for the BOB MPGs to be able to function.
The BOB also has a MPG Toggle input which you can toggle the MPG on/off from the BOB. You could add a momentary switch or use one of the FEED/SPEED/SPINDLE encoder switches set in the Wizard as an MPG toggle. I have a MPG Toggle button and indicator on my BOB control.

Re: USB-BOB Housing
Thank you Uwe for the detailed pictures of how you wired in the resistors.
