NEEDING HELP REGARDING CIRCUIT BOARD PARTS

Post by KEITH_TSE »

Control S/N: 20295

We’re adding an auxiliary limit switch to a fixture that resides on this machine.

I’m kind of new to circuit boards, but it looks like I need a couple of terminal blocks and some jumpers to move forward with the installation.

Which terminal block and jumper do I need to order to fit on the highlighted locations?

How do I choose what I need? There are a ton of different configurations, and I’m confused about what to order.

Does Centroid sell these parts?

Thanks a ton.

Centroid can tell you which counter part you need.

So, the DC3IO should have been shipped with the jumper blocks for J11, J12, J13, and J14. These are common parts but since we have a sell price for them, I think we can sell you some. Our part number for those jumper blocks is 1761.

H12 is a connector that requires crimping. Our part number for the requisite 8 pin housing is 1295 and the terminals is 1477.

Re: NEEDING HELP REGARDING CIRCUIT BOARD PARTS - RESOLVED

Purchased from Centroid the above part numbers and an additional pre made cable #10400. Everything fits where it needs to, except the 1477 terminals in to the 1295 housing. However, I am relatively new to this and could be missing something.

Thanks for the help!

You'd want to crimp the wires on using a CST-100 series compatible crimper and then they push to insert into the housing.

FYI there are these universal crimpers on amazon and the likes, that split the single crimping action into two. So a more universal tool can be created.
