Looks like you didn't use the db25 port and 5v. Good luck with that, but lots of people have tried, failed, and then followed the db25 suggestion.
My mill is running perfectly with CL57T V4 24V on the Headers, but CL86T V3 is better on 5V DB 25.

Do you have the wiring schematic for the CL57T V41 that uses the 24V on the headers? I believe I have it wired correctly and I am communicating to the ACORN. All COM wires going to Negative COM / GND
1)Enable lights are all red until I jog each axis via CNC12 software and they turn green but they are not moving? #4 doesn't turn to green even if I jog the axis? I can move each axis by hand whether it is enabled or not
2) Small program, ~15kb, is loaded. I'm using Router PRO software. I have Y1 axis (Drive 4) software "paired" to Y2 axis (Drive 2) and Y2 axis (Drive 4) "reversed direction" compared to Drive 2 because the actuator is mirror image. i.e. - Actuator Y1 is CW rotation and Actuator Y2 is CCW.
3) All dip switches are "OFF" except 1, 3, and 4 = 8 microstep and 1600 pulses/rev. No fault codes blinking. Green status light on all drives.
4) 24V / 5V selector switch is on 24V. Rotating switch set to #4 = 5.6 Peak Amps, 4 Amps RMS, Velocity Loop Ki =0, Position Loop Kp=25, and Velocity Loop Kp=25 - according to table in manual.
5) E-Stop, home and limit switches are wired into controller inputs. E-stop is deactivated (RED led on input 8) and home / limit switches are GREEN on Inputs 1 and 2. I don't have switches for home or limit. They wired / tied to COM
6) Not using Outputs / Relay board -all LEDs are red
