Replacement knobs for wired pendant

Are replacement knobs available for the wired pendant? I glanced down at mine the other day and noticed a section missing.

Digikey has a very (very) wide assortment of knobs. Just measure the shaft diameter, or just check out eBay. I find it amazing that you can buy something for $1 AND have it shipped.

Digikey, Mouser, and Allied all have great selections, just not the stock knob. I thought I'd try the easy source for stock knobs first before I moved on to an approximate replacement.

The main issue is that it is a 6mm collet knob. That severely limits replacement choices in the US.

Following up with a solution. The fact that the knobs are 6mm collet style severely limits replacement options. I found the US importer of the Future Mart MPG pendants, https://cnc-specialty-store.com. Chris there will happily sell you an OEM replacement knob for $48 each plus shipping. $100+ for two knobs on a $350 pendant.

So, I ordered some knobs from Mouser that are close. Not as elegant, a bit more chunky, and the pointer is slightly large, but for $10 each, they will have to do.

They are Eagle knobs, Mouser #450-CK2160. The red caps and pointers were #450--CL211 and #450-P211 respectively. Other knob and accent colors are available as special order (see PDF).

I have ordered a few things from them for personal projects and everything got here to Central PA in a few days. This is not a specific endorsement by Centroid but I think it is a good source for stuff that is easier to get in Europe.
