I noticed that in the setup (post recess) the wcs was set to 0..maybe it should be 1…?
0 will post default G54, same as 1

WCS 0 is in CNC12 exactly at the same place as it is in the fusion setup.
Fusion 360 is working perfectly for me, CNC 12 will do exactly the same thing as shown in fusion simulation.

Obviously, there is something I'm doing wrong. I'll take it slow, deselect my zero on the stock, and reset my machine zero again.
Thanks for your feedback running the Fusion tutorial file successfully.

Your zero is set to the finish part in Fusion, not the stock. How are you setting the WCS on the machine?
Cheers,
Tom

I have CDO. It's like OCD, but the letters are where they should be.

I use the inside upper corners of my vise probing the inside and outside edges for WSC54. I was checking again this morning and I remembered initially setup my PM25 CNC conversion to -Y being to the column side of the machine. Realizing this was wrong, I didn't know of a way to correct this mistake other than changing the axis configuration for the drive direction to reverse along with the homing direction to M91 rather M92 as the others are configured. With all that being said, when using the CNC12 or the CHIPS software to find X0, Y0, and Z the diagram points in the direction it should be, but my machine still thinks the -Y is towards the column. HOW CAN I CHANGE THIS?? I believe this is my problem. Sorry for all the post on this issue, but I must be less smart than I assumed.

Make sure the axes are moving in the right direction, XYZ in positive direction is the direction you can see on the arrows in fusion.
Probe the stock material with 3 axes corner function in Chips.
