Rough Motion on Circular Toolpaths

I'm dealing with same issue/different servo though. I have been trying to correct it but have been unsuccessful so far. Just started all of the sudden.
So I will be following this closely.

What power do the servo drives have? What does the surface look like when you machine a square component? If the surface then looks better, the servo drives are not set correctly or their holding torque is too weak

Open the oscilloscope function of your servo. Measure the frequency of the ossilation. And use the built in notch filter to remove that oscillation.

At least, that is how it works wirh delta servos.
All indications, to me are servo tuning related.

Leadshine does not seem to have a notch filter option :/

that servo drive, at least to me seems extremely basic.
No filters, very basic parameters etc. Could email leadshine, perhaps they have a fix. But i kinda doubt it.

Try to change PA_00 - PA_02 to reduce vibration.

If you have the ProTuner software and the RS-232 cable you can manually tune the drive for better performance. The procedure is in the manual.

Update:

Adjusting the above parameters did not seem to help.

Did another troubleshoot session.

Smooth motion by hand with gear connected, but not motor (no Vibration):

Belt disconnected, rotating motor (small vibration only at certain feed rate):

Belt connected, jogging machine (full Vibration):

Does this mean its just the motor? and when the belt is connected, the vibration is amplified? Vibration is only at lower motor speeds.

Would gearing the motors to spin faster be a good solution?

If the motor is only vibrating at very low speed, gearing would avoid this low speed on the motor, so it will run smooth while cutting with the same feedrate it is now vibrating.
