Running Acorn Lathe Ultimate on Lathe
When I push 100% it decreases spindle RPMs.
Since it started doing this it is also not reading my encoder correctly I. The software and reads +215 but the lathe is actually running at 2200 on it’s readout!
Thoughts?
Encoder bad?

Re: Auto Spindle
The 100% key commands 100% of programmed (via an Snnnn) command, or 50% of maximum speed if running in manual spindle mode.

Confidence is the feeling you have before you fully understand the situation.
I have CDO. It's like OCD, but the letters are where they should be.

Re: Auto Spindle
Is your spindle encoder showing any errors on the PID screen?
