Thanks, guys. I have the Huanyang HY02D223B, which IPGregory kindly linked the manual to. I bought the VFD and 2.2Kw spindle as a package deal on Amazon. Nothing special or odd about it as far as I know. It is a real Huanyang. Has the potentiometer on the front and came in a box with the HY logos and an HY user manual.
My main terminal block with the power in/VFD out connections, matches the picture I attached, but I do not have a jumper installed. IPGregory says he doesn't have the jumper either, so I'm not going to worry about it.
