hello why with each tool change I have to redo my Z zero of the part even though I have just measured the tool

It depends on the way how you measure the tool length.
Use the reference tool method or the Z-fixed method.

I noticed that the H value does not move Example I had tool 1 so T1 H1 I call tool 2 I measure it automatically (because I am in pliers no automatic tool charger) Once measured the screen indicates T2 H1 when I should have T2 H2 Normally, once measured, the CNC must know where it is by deduction from the program origin in Z
J'ai remarqué que la valeur H ne bouge pas
Exemple j'avais l'outil 1 donc T1 H1
J'appelle l'outil 2 je le mesure en automatique ( par ce que je suis en pince pas de chargeur outil auto)
Une fois mesuré l'écran indique T2 H1 alors que je devrais avoir T2 H2
Normalement une fois mesuré la cnc doit savoir où elle se trouve par déduction de origine programme en Z

T2 M6 changes the tool
G43 H2 changes the tool offset and diameter
so after T2 M6 and G43 H2 the screen will show T2 H2

I have another question about advances. When I lower the advance button to zero %, the advances continue to advance.
Is it possible to have no movement at zero %?
