your probe input is tripped.
post a fresh report.zip so we can see your setup and error logs

According to your report:
- ProbeTripped is assigned to INP7, and is inverted (implying a normally-closed probe that opens when tripped)
- ProteDetect is assigned to INP6, and is not inverted (implying that INP6 closes when the probe is plugged in)

Check the Alt-i diagnostic display. What colors are INP6 and INP7 when:
1) The probe is not plugged in?
2) The probe is plugged in and not tripped?
3) The probe is plugged in and tripped?

Are you able to use the WMPG on x10 or x100, if the probe is plugged in and not tripped?

If your answers are:
1) Probe not plugged in: INP6 = RED, INP7 = GREEN
2) Probe plugged in and not tripped: INP6 = GREEN, INP7 = RED
3) Probe plugged in and tripped: INP6 = GREEN, INP7 = GREEN
... then your setups and wiring are correct, and there is a bug in CNC12.

Yes, this seems correct and the way it is wired. Went through the setup instructions and didn't change anything other than as instructed.

1. Probe not plugged in: INP6=RED and INP7 = GREEN with a white line above it
2. Probe plugged in and not tripped: INP6=GREEN and INP7 = RED with a white line above it
3. Probe plugged in and tripped: INP6 = GREEN, INP7 = GREEN with a white line above it

Are you able to use the WMPG on x10 or x100, if the probe is plugged in and not tripped?
Yes, I can use x10 and x100 with no problem with the probe plugged in and not tripped. It's when the probe is unplugged that it doesn't work. Basically the same problem the original poster described.
