Allin1DC issue after restarting
Turned my machine off and got this screen when I powered it back on. Board has power everywhere it is supposed to and no fuses are blown, but the PLC light is not lit up like it normally is. Voltage is correct everywhere it was tested. It appears that the E-Stop is activated due to communication issues. It shows spindle fault, Z-, and Z+ faults as soon as I get to the main screen. Machine can be manually moved in all axis and the board recognizes it on the screen. Any suggestions on what it could be besides an issue with the board?

(Note from the person that wired the machine and checked everything yesterday.) You might clarify about the power that you have tested all of the logic, power supply outputs and the servo motor power from the rectifier. And also that you can see feedback from your pendant on the VCP. So, you can tell the ethernet is communicating.

How do the other LEDs behave around the PLC LED? Are you getting just the 4 power LEDs (3.3, 5, 12, -12) and no other lights?

Re: Allin1DC issue after restarting
The LEDs at the top of the board are all functioning as they should. The LED that shows the PLC is communicating is not on, but all of the ones above it are on. Also the one that normally shows the "1" or other numbers is not on.

Re: Allin1DC issue after restarting
Unfortunately with LED1 out the problem is most likely with the board itself. I'd recommend sending in a report and contacting tech support for an RMA.

Re: Allin1DC issue after restarting
I was afraid of that. Thank you.
