Looks great but no progress on the Google Photo Album huh?

As Keith stated create a Google album and keep all your photos and videos there and post a link here on the forum for us to see. This helps everyone as it keeps ALL your photos organized in ONE location and others don’t have to jump around in various posts looking at your photos. You can add captions to any or all photos and videos to help tell the story which is a great feature.

Keith posted a link in his comments to the forum guidelines and there’s a video on the procedure to creat the Google album.

I actually did create a Google Photos album, but when I linked my pictures, my personal information was being displayed along with the photos. Either I had something configured incorrectly or Google had a hiccup, so I deleted all the links and just posted them as direct attachments. I will look into it again today.

any other photo album service would work too. doesn't have to be google.

LOL! Thanks, Keith. How do I get the images to show in my post vs. just a link? All future pics in this thread will be from the Google album.

Looks great, be sure and add a caption to each and tell us what you want us to know about each pic. I also upload cutting videos to my plasma Google album that's shared with others so they can see what I'm working on today.

Thanks for the tips, Shawn. I've got a ways to go before I'm uploading any cutting videos though. My CNC machine is still in a pile of parts awaiting assembly. Right now the control cabinets are taking up my available working space. I'm getting there, though!

just keep adding photos to the same album, then its always the same link to the entire album. when you post new photos, just post a comment here like " just added photos of such and such"

and we will go check them out.

i need some php programmer work to get the album photos to show up in the forum itself. a regular link works for now.
