Re: Lube Pump Alarm 405 on M400s
If there is nothing plugged into H2 (the smaller power header), then I assume you have a 4-wire plug from the power supply plugged into H3 (the larger power header)?
What is the DC voltage between the yellow wire and either black wire, on the power plug on H3?

Also, what is your control serial number?
It would be on the door of the control cabinet, and also on the back or side of the console.
It is probably somewhere in the neighborhood of 20170.

Re: Lube Pump Alarm 405 on M400s
I assume you meant red to black was 5V. If so, then your power supply is okay.Yellow and either black 12v
Yellow and either red 5v
Blacks are commons (0VDC)
Red is the +5VDC supply
Yellow is the +12VDC supply.
It is likely that your SERVO3IO unit has an on-board failure in the drive section, and will need to be sent to Centroid for repair or swap-out. I recommend contacting Centroid Tech Support to get an RMA and find out availability of a swap-out unit.
