While you are still in the configuration stage you should update your CNC12 software to the latest 4.8 version. You are using old software, version 4.64. There are many new features in the latest version and it's easier for others to help if we are all using the same software.
Make sure the servos are up correctly to match the settings in Acorn. Connect to the motor with the MSP software and verify. Then recalculate your overall turns ratio.

OK I will update software this evening and go through both configuration menus I am pretty much going blind at this just done what I’ve read on this site and what you guys are telling me. So I will try to mimic the same settings in both programs and see what we get from there

Re: Recommendations for PC to run p.m. 940 conversion
Check the setting of the Clearpaths. If Acorn commands 6400pulse/rev and they are set to 1600 they will do 4 revs instead of one...

Re: Recommendations for PC to run p.m. 940 conversion
OK little update so the settings in Acorn we’re set to 6400 instead of 1600 so I resent that and everything seems to be smooth now I need to update CNC 12 and continue to try to figure out this VFd

Everything seems to be working correctly I have about .0025 of slop right now but I haven’t really played with the Gibbs a whole lot

Just copy the YouTube URL link into the message and it will be automatically embedded. Couldn't be simpler.
Cheers,
