So without any instructions from Dave or any videos online the plan is to drill and tap these four holes for M6 bolts hopefully it works out correctly

Well we’re getting close getting ready to put the servos on and figure out where I’m gonna mount the cabinet

Well thank you sir I figured somebody would get some use out of it even if it’s just to follow along. I will say the Arizona Cnc kit is definitely not just a direct bolt on I assume each machine and casting is a little bit different so each one takes probably a little different finesse but so Far it seems to be going fairly smoothly hoping to have motors turning very soon

Going to mount the machine power cabinet with the VFD in it on the left and then the cabinet for the CNC controls on the right I’m also going to weld in two vertical unit struts in the column section to hopefully Stiffen it all up

Could anybody guide me to a poster or a link to where there’s discussion about hooking up the acorn to the VFD on the p.m. 940 V???

Here are the threads where someone mentions "vfd" and "940":

And here is a link to the Acorn schematics:

Well everything turned out pretty good I have all the electronics hooked up tomorrow I will wire in the spindle. everything seem to move pretty freely. my only concern is the servos seem a little slow but maybe that all change after I tune it and go through all the settings and set up. but finally getting excited hope to make some parts soon

I hope that you don't run into noise problems down the road, but I'm not seeing any shielded wiring in your cabinets. Otherwise, it's an exceptional build.
Cheers,

Tom
