Nice work Aamir,
It would be very helpful if you described the motors and drives used, including make/model number for others.

I'd be very interested in knowing how you are liking the acorn control.

Did you have a specific reason for going that direction instead of the oak board?

Well the precision of the customer is under 50micron and normally the open loop max Handel that band .
Customer has a cost constraint that's why I go to acorn.
If u ask me oak is the best solution for such type machine.I prefer closed loop strategy
