Re: New Build - CNC Plasma Table
I see that Centroid is using Sheetcam and there is a post processor available that Keith posted. I haven't seen one for Fusion 360 though.

Re: New Build - CNC Plasma Table
New report attached.
I'm trying to recalibrate Float Switch Z zero offset but when I trigger the float switch I get a 9101 Torch Breakaway error and have to cycle reset to clear the error. I don't have a Breakaway input defined.

Re: New Build - CNC Plasma Table
The float switch also acts as a breakaway when NOT running a touch off cycle. This is outlined in the plasma manual.
In your video, did you cut the same line twice? It didn't even look like there was a pierce delay for your material.

Re: New Build - CNC Plasma Table
I did read that in the manual and even made a note of it in my notes. It just didn't make the connection.
I did make a couple of failed cuts on the same line where the pilot arc started but never fired. Then I remembered the work clamp. I was using the Steel 45A .250 standard profile but don't remember what the pierce delay was set to. I will dig into it today.
