Wiring Confirmation
Hello,
I am wiring up a contactor and the C86ACCP board and noticed they both share the output 1 relay terminals. Is this correct?
Thanks

Re: Wiring Confirmation
I haven't looked but that sounds right as output 1 is usually set to NoFaultOut because after you press reset at startup it closes output 1 and energizes the contactor to send power to whatever is connected to the contactor. Makes sense that you would also energize/enable the C86ACCP at this time. Make sense?

Re: Wiring Confirmation
If you are wiring an Estop contactor, then you will run C86ACCP (NoFault) through a spare set of contacts on the Estop contactor instead of relay output
The only thing Acorn Relay Output 1 (NoFault) is controlling is your Estop contactor. Your Estop contactor will control your drives and spindle drive.

Re: Wiring Confirmation
Use a spare set of contacts on your Estop contactor. You would wire them to No Fault on C86ACCP
When the Estop contactor closes, it will close the input on C86ACCP

There aren't any. I have it wired like drawing S15117.

Re: Wiring Confirmation
Yes.
Are your then using three phase servo drives?
If so add another contactor in parallel to your existing contactor....or is that what you were asking if you could do to begin with?

Re: Wiring Confirmation
No I just want to use 1 contactor. Do I need to run 4 wire to output 1
