If I am thinking of the right Fanuc drive...
The drive requires a tach input. Some extra hardware is needed to generate tach signals for the drives. Centroid did a few systems like this, but the results were not too good. The systems were more complicated than most and several drives failed within a few months. Maintaining the antique drives quickly became more expensive than replacement would have been. Centroid no longer offers the special hardware needed to reuse the old Fanuc drives.

Without providing a manual for the drive, we can't help you. Many of us have not worked with that drive. Having the manual will be of help, and Centroid or one of the more experienced users might be able to make suggestions.

Did you research this before you bought OAK? Did you buy the flying lead data cables from Centroid as well?
In the end, you are the integrator, its your responsibility to have made sure the drive would be compatible with Oak.

Do you have a web link to the manual? Do you have it in electronic format you can upload? You click on Full Editor and Preview, then click on the ATTACHMENTS Tab, then click on Add Files, a dialog box will pop up and you simply point to where it is at on your computer, then click OPEN in the lower right corner of that dialog box.

Who is the dealer that told you it would work? Same person you bought OAK and the Flying lead cables from? If so, you should be talking to him.
I can't tell you if it will or if it won't work. I don't have experience with that drive. I do know if you can upload the manual or provide a link, the more knowledgeable can look at it and give you better advice. Those pins you are providing, I am not so sure are enough information.
