The relay output is disabled when PWM is active. This was done so the relay doesn't buzz.
Unless if you have a Rev3 board with the onboard output #1 and #2 relay, then it buzzes and sounds like a telegraph machine when using PWM with a laser. Hoping my relay #2 burns out some day.

Just cut the pcb track and put a jumper there.
Shot the jumper when you need relay.
And marty and others for all of your kind information, the pwm signal comes in the ribbon cable too. I have alreday checked it we can use the ribbon cable as a pwm output, but you have to connect the common with 5v source of the onboard relay terminal. And if anyone want 24vdc pwm so in that case he will connect the common with the 24v accorn terminal.
Both above cases i have tested.

While it may work on your hardware, Matt (Eng199, Centroid's Engineer) already suggested it may not work on other hardware. I knew on some hardware it may work. What you have done is unsupported by Centroid.
Good you made it work, but others reading this should not rely on what you say and should not expect support on using it in this manner
Marty

My previous post was incorrect. PWM still goes to relay out 2 on the current revision. The relay will buzz depending on the PWM settings. This may be fixed (or broken from alimumtaz101's perspective) in the future.

No worries, Matt, point being is that PWM is not supported on Relay Output 2 at this time. Only on the DB25.

Will update, if everything goes smooth and working.
The one problem i am facing regarding db25, thats the signal are not comming there, but if i do enable db25 in wizard then all my settings i/o and everything vanished, thanks GOD i made a report.
Well thanks marty and eng199.
I dint know eng199 is from centroid, so it is not recommend from them so its not a good practice, better to do on suggested ways from Centroid.
