You can use MILL for testing....but PM Keith, he'll probably work with you, provided you provide timely feedback and post pictures, video clip and configuration of your machine.DICKEYBIRD wrote: ↑Fri Oct 13, 2017 9:36 am Well poop! I'm not quite there yet. I'm mounting the encoder this weekend. Got the 1:1 spindle timing pulleys modified & mounted last night and the belt came in. Will hook up the motors & be ready for software early next week. Hoo-rah!

Shooting for this Friday.
We are still working on Mill tweaks and additions. v4.08 is in the final testing phase. The Beta team test results over the weekend we're good. If you need lathe software please private message me and I can set you up with a pre-release copy.

Re: Acorn lathe? (Release Candidate is available for early adopters)
Do we still need to do the TV session & be ready for 2 way communication to install the lathe software? I think I'll be ready for it this weekend but can't be home during your regular weekday hours.

Wow, that there is true dedication Keith, thanks! I may just take you up on that but only when/if I get some motion going.
