Re: Milling Issue
Can you recommend some drives that are compatible with my steppers?

Re: Milling Issue
For some reason the drive you linked requires minimum +50VDC so you would have to up your power supply, but don't exceed the voltage I mentioned based on the calculation.
The other I linked from CNC4PC.COM appears to be fine from 24VDC-110VDC

Contact your vendor with your stepper motor cut sheet.

Re: Milling Issue
You have drives that run at a max 75KHz. The next lower available frequency that the Acorn can generate is 40KHz.
Cheers,
Tom
Confidence is the feeling you have before you fully understand the situation.
I have CDO. It's like OCD, but the letters are where they should be.

Re: Milling Issue
Hi Marty,
I purchased 3 DM860E stepper drivers that handle up to 200khz pulse rate, It looks like the pulse/dir wiring is the same as in the schematic ACORN_rev4, LEADSHINE DM 856/870/1182 & 2282, can you confirm?
Thanks,
Wil
