In the video you went to home the machine, was it homing and then it stopped IN THE MIDDLE the travel or did it hit the END of the travel and stop? Which axis was moving when it stopped?
Look at the clear path motors through the opaque white plastic cap. Are they blinking green rapidly or do you have another color and which axis?

Marty,
When I tested the machine it stopped in the middle of the program. on the z axis. All function to include rotation
Both Motors are yellow solid.

Re: Losing Z and X
Here is what a SOLID YELLOW means:
You need to get with your builder or tech to resolve this.
If it were me, I would try the C86ACCP board from CNC4PC.com
IF the 8 pin molex connectors were not cut off the ends of the cables.
This would seem to indicate that the motors are being DISABLED.You need to get with your builder or tech to resolve this.

There is an X+ limit tripped When you home the machine, watch the sensor and see if it blinks at all when it is trying to home but BEFORE the sensor sees the target.
Can you take and post your INPUT wizard page please? Also can you read the part number on the proximity sensor?
Marty
