It has an in/out Neutral. Also they have an earthground which has a terminal soldered to casing.

I cant find any information to say that you would need to connect it. As long as you are not using a neutral and all current is returning through the three phase wires, just leave the neutral terminals open. Definitely dont short them together. You could earth one end of them but I really dont see that gaining much.

Do you have a properly sized line reactor feeding the DYN4 drives in there some where
I see 3 encoder cables hooked up. What are those for? Hand wheels?
Nice clean work!

Yes, those are the single phase for control voltage, the large 16am 3phase are on the other side. Those 3 cables are for the 1616 expander boards. Total of 90 I/O

Sorry. I didn't zoom in and mistook the IO expansion pirate for encoder connectors.

Nice work! I like the way you have stacked the ADD1616s. I am not really a fan of how they mount on top of the Oak myself! What is the PCB tucked away under the servo drives? 90 IO is quite a lot is it mostly related to the tool changers?

There is an 8 tool rotary, plus a 9 vdrill block, with solenoids to push drill down and engage. Also have 10 buttons with lighted feedback. Relay cards behind the drives.
