Ok will try this today or tomorrow
You do have to supply +5VDC to the board for power.
Use the same power supply to power your relay board and your sensors.
The Sensor OUTPUT is your relay board input.
When you trip a sensor, the relay should activate
If it the relay is ACTIVATED and then DEACTIVATES when you trip the sensor, then move the jumper on the relay board from High to Low and try that.
It is the OUTPUT of the relay that will connect to Acorn input. The relay commons will go to your power supply COM.
Does that make sense?

Ok, so 5V/com on DC+ and DC-, sensor output on input relay board, ok for jumper, and there is NC, COM and NO on the other side, so relay COM to power supply COM, and output NC or NO to acorn input. I'm good ?

Input 3 green for tool 1 (tool sync) it's ok, but input 4 (tool position) never green (always red), but relay works fine with sensor for each tool. Maybe a parameter in wizard ? (tested with "tool counter" and "tool position bit 1")

Hello !
Some news today.
Wire done, no problems.
Input 3 green for tool 1 (tool sync) it's ok, but input 4 (tool position) never green (always red), but relay works fine with sensor for each tool. Maybe a parameter in wizard ? (tested with "tool counter" and "tool position bit 1")
You are looking at the diagnostic screen? Alt i to toggle.
Make sure your relay common goes to Acorn Power supply Com. And I assume you are using normally open, so it should go to Acorn input 4.
Please post a picture of your wiring.
