both my probes are permanently wired (I have a wifi Renishaw RMP-60 with the RMI-Q receiver for TP and a mainstream chinese toolsetter) ,
so i have not connected the probe detect signals ,
as you mentioned , the probing and tool setting works fine without it.
I have a wifi Renishaw RMP-60 with the RMI-Q receiver for TP and a mainstream chinese style toolsetter.
The renishaw requires a special tool holder to use it¨s probe detect function , which i do not have .

I am testing Rev 11 Router setup. Is there a way to set plate thickness on the Auto Z to plate function?

I saw on the Acorn sales page the Router version. Is that a new purchase item or is it an option for previous owners. Sorry. Haven’t been on the forum in a while.

Thank you. So what about a new Acorn version that allows a slaved Y and a 4th axis. ;)

It already has that. It's called hardware pairing.

Yea I know that very well. I’m talking about separate slaving for gantry squaring auto setup and then the 4th axis.so let’s not play and talk around the intent and let’s see Centroid give us a better setup. Really like what we have. But soon I want to do a 4th axis.
